We’re kicking into ramp-up at one of the largest magnetite mining operations in the Southern Hemisphere — and we’re looking for skilled Production Operators to join the crew as things scale up. If you’re ready for reliable work, great pay, and a team culture that values both performance and personality, this is your shot to get in early and grow with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced operators to handle:

• Graders – CAT 14M, 16M, 24M Track Dozers – CAT D10, D11
• Willingness to operate dump trucks and help out across site as needed
• Roster: 2/1 (Days, Nights, then a week off)

What’s On Offer

• $180K+ annualised (including super on all hours) $58.47/hr. Days | $60.47/hr. Nights

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience on CAT graders or D10/D11 dozers
• Valid C Class manual license and White Card
• Sound knowledge of surface mining and safety procedures
• Must be clean shaven (for site safety)
• Team-focused attitude and reliable work ethic
